BOOKING PROCEEDURE
When you have decided to go ahead and book, (once you have lined up your flight schedule) please contact Clare with your details and request a booking form and invoice. Once payment has been made you will receive an e-receipt. You will be required to bring a printed copy of your booking form and e-receipts to present to the villa staff on arrival.

1. BANK TRANSFER
If you decide to book through Clare - that is by bank transfer. Then you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your dates - 20% of the total amount due . Your final payment will not be due then until 28 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation
Both payments once paid are non-refundable

2. DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLINE
If you wish to pay with your debit or credit card through our rental systems portal online, you will be required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount due to confirm your booking. Your final payment will not be due then until 56 days before your arrival date.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking and you have booked through our Rental Systems booking portal, then you will qualify for a full refund of your deposit and any extras you have ordered providing you cancel your booking more than 56 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel your booking less than 56 days prior to your arrival then you will still receive a full refund of any extras you have ordered.

Our friendly, experienced staff will cater for your needs without intruding on your holiday. Even before you arrive feel free to make any special requests so that prior arrangements can be made to ensure your vacation is comfortable and enjoyable.

These prices are rental prices for exclusive rent of the whole villa, including staff

VILLA RATES
maximum occupancy 10 people (4 bedrooms)

Low Season Rates: Minimum rental 4 nights
Dates: 15th April to 14th December
US$ 2940 per week @ US$ 105 per room per night

High Season Rates: Minimum rental 4 nights
Dates: 4th January to 14th April
US$ 3220 per week @ US$ 115 per room per night

Xmas and New Year Rates: Minimum rental 7 nights
Dates: 15th December to 3rd January
US$ 3500 per week

STUDIO RATES
US$142 per night all year
Minimum rental for the studio is 6 nights

STAFF

Villa staff includes a staff cook, housekeeper, gardener, night watchman and pool maintenance.
Miss Monica is our cook and she is available full time for our all-inclusive options or for one meal a day (evening meal) within the standard rental price, if guests want her for breakfast and lunch then they will be required to pay the cook J$1500 overtime
Guests provide their own produce unless they choose our special all-inclusive options
Paulette is our housekeeper and she is available Monday to Friday

Linen and towels provided.
Our staff have now become our extended family. We all enjoy extending our hospitality and friendship.

Gratuity
The staff here at Sevilla really do work hard to make your stay comfortable, for this reason we have a mandatory fee payable on arrival to the staff US$350

Sevilla is owned and managed by Clare and her family.
As an anthropologist Clare has travelled extensively throughout the world. Since arriving in Jamaica 2005 she has completely redesigned and refurbished Sevilla Villa to a high standard.
