Tastefully decorated with exotic tropical plants and orchids, and having recently been refurbished throughout, the villa offers four-bedroom luxury five star living accommodation.

Sevilla Villa offers the most magical of all views overlooking Breezes Runaway Bay championship golf course and the Caribbean Sea.

You can walk through your own back gate and tee off onto the 7th fairway, or take a ten minute walk across the golf course to your own private residents beach.

Relax under the almond trees and enjoy the tranquility of a turquoise blue sea and white sands.

This beautiful villa is built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool that has recently been relined and fitted with a new purifying system - so no chlorine folks!!

There are four breezy en-suite bedrooms that open out through large glass sliding doors onto the veranda around the pool. All the bathrooms are large and have been re-built and refurbished in 2009 and have onyx sinks and double showers. We provide 32" flat screen TV's with cable TV in all the rooms. A/C is also available in all the bedrooms and is optional. (Please see prices).
There is a high speed wireless internet service, and a 50" flat screen TV in the living room.

The villa has been completely rebuilt and refurbished, including a large newly built kitchen fully equipped with an imperial range stove, large fridge freezer & walk in pantry. The kitchen is more than suitable for large groups.

Our cook, Miss Monica, is available to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and any packed lunches if required. With 20 years of experience cooking in some of Jamaica's finest luxury villas, Miss Monica has knowledge of an array of appetising traditional recipes, along with many other international dishes.
Miss Monica is also willing to create a dish of your choosing.

Additionally, if you wish, you can arrange with us to have Miss Monica prepare a meal for your arrival.
