Our cook Miss Monica is available to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and any packed lunches if required. With 20 years of experience cooking in some of Jamaica’s finest luxury villas, Miss Monica has knowledge of an array of appetising traditional recipes, along with many other international dishes.

Miss Monica is also willing to create a dish of your choosing.
Guests need to provide their own food, so prior to your arrival, we will give you details of how you place your order by email. You can then settle the bill during the first few days of your vacation.
We also have access to fresh seafood, organically grown fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs and cows milk direct from local farmers.
Additionally, if you wish, you can arrange with us to have Miss Monica prepare a meal for your arrival.

Transportation can be
arranged for small and large groups to go on excursions around the

Sevilla is owned and
managed by Clare and her family.
As an anthropologist Clare has travelled extensively throughout the
world, she came to Jamaica 2005 and has since then re-designed and
re-furbished Sevilla.
